Jim brings more than 3 decades and over $100 million of sales experience in the industry. Over the years, Jim has established a spectacular number of relationships with suppliers, distributors, traders, brokers, and customers.

Jim is the backbone of our business model. As President, he uses his connections to source and supply national and international multi-unit chains, co-packers, and retailers.

Ross Petree

At the age of 37, Ross has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Operating as a vendor and directly for retail distributors, Ross grasped an understanding of the retail and grocery supply side of the business, and learned the food service industry through managing high volume restaurants and delivering sales as a food service broker in Houston, Texas.

In 2012, Ross co-founded Vantage Sales and Ventures, LLC. As Director of Sales, Ross focuses on growing national and regional accounts, connecting our independent brokers across the country, and maintaining corporate function and profitability.

Ryan Petree

Formerly in the Oil and Gas industry, Ryan Petree is an experienced management professional with a track record of exceeding expectations in the subsea EPC, pipeline product manufacturing, and commercial construction industries. His ability to employ technical, strategic, and ahead-of-schedule execution has been demonstrated throughout his career in multiple management roles. Ryan is a proficient communicator and inspires peer accountability towards attaining business and client mandates while focusing on customer relationships.

As Director of Operations, Ryan is bringing his mastery of project management to Vantage Sales and Ventures, focusing on streamlining the process of getting manufacturer’s products into the national distributors they seek.
